Operations Manager
Responsibilities include: Assist in analyzing business opportunities and areas for improvement through short and long term business planning and regular financial business reviews; Accountable for driving flyers ; Responsible for g sales in the marketplace; Assist with marketing plans and initiatives; sales planning, operational execution, promotional initiative, consumer competitions, customer loyalty programs, in-store demonstrations and promotional understanding, interpreting, upholding and enforcing standards, policies and contracts.
 
 
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant/retail industry; Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness; Ability to read and interpret financial statements; strong analytical skills; Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to employees; Ability to plan and facilitate effective meetings; Experience in working independently with a result orientation; Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking; Strong organizational skills.
